Grand Opening

Join us on Thursday 25 September at 10am as we officially open Our Heritage at the Pavilion and celebrate the history, people and stories of Chilton and Windlestone.

Come and be among the first to explore our brand-new heritage centre and our opening exhibition, Our Place, Our People, Our Heritage. Discover photographs, documents and artefacts from the community, explore stories from across generations, and take a look at our growing archive of thousands of photographs, films and documents.

It’s a celebration of where we come from, the people who made our communities what they are today, and the stories that deserve to be remembered. Everyone is welcome – come along, have a look around and help us celebrate this exciting new chapter in our local heritage.
